  • thistoo - Thanks for the info! That's pretty much exactly what happened to me this month. TOM's been over for 1-2 days and I was down a pound this morning. I know that frustrated feeling all too well, though. Keep at it! Like you said, we WILL get to the 180s & we'll do it together. Good luck to you!

    Haha! I know exactly what you mean! I feel so close but still so far away, knowing my luck the scale could totally go up by Monday too lol. You're even closer!!! Yayy!
  • I'm still at 194 this morning, but my jeans are getting loose right out of the dryer, so this morning I tried on my smaller pair, just for kicks. Last time I tried them on (at the beginning of the month, I think?) I couldn't even pull them up, but today I got them on and zipped! They're pretty tight and I wouldn't wear them out yet, but it's nice to know I'm making progress somewhere when the scale's refusing to cooperate.

    Congratulations to both of you for getting to 190! You'll break through that barrier in no time.
  • I'm back for a couple days TOM came at the beginning of the week and really threw me off. I think I was 190.5 today! My whole system seems off/sluggish so it's kind of ruining my momentum. Boo.
  • Hi everyone I hit wonderland 3 weeks ago, today I am 195 woohoo!!
    Time to work off the other 5 pounds so I can head to the 180s thread.
    1 more pound and I will officially be at 100 pounds gone goodluck everyone.
  • ladygirl - OMG 100 lbs!! What an impressive accomplishment, I hope you are truly proud of yourself. You're so close to those 180s! Keep up that hard work, it is obviously paying off.

    chel3fsea - TOM is so annoying. But at least you didn't go up too much! You'll be back out of those 190s in no time at all, I'm sure of it. Bummer you had to re-visit the thread, but it's good to hear from you.

    thistoo - Congrats on the looser-fitting jeans! Very proud of you for all of your hard work - you're in the low-end of the 190s, too! YAY!!

    hhm - How's it going? Looking forward to hearing about your progress.

    Yesterday I weighed in at 189.4!!! I didn't get much exercise in at all yesterday, though, even though I stuck to my calorie limit. I'm anticipating that my brief fling with 180s will be gone when I weigh in this morning. I know 1 day of not exercising doesn't affect all that much, but I always feel like if I'm off plan for even 1 day I'll be right back where I started. Illogical, but it's how I feel!

  • Yup, back at 190.2 this morning. I haven't been eating my exercise calories back during the week, only on the weekends ... I'm starting to think I shouldn't even do that on the weekends. So tired of being in the 190s for what feels like forever & am getting frustrated knowing the 180s, 70s, etc. will probably be even harder to get through. Ugh!

    I reached 197 the day before but today 198. I have just thankful to be in the 100s. Had a Zumba class today and one tomorrow so lets hope to see these numbers sink a little more!

    Hi everybody, I hit 199 on Apr. 28th and have stayed under 200 since then... today was 198.4 so I realized I had to leave my old decade thread and join this one
    I think the hard thing about the 190's is being so close to the dreaded 2 still. The nice thing about it is, I finally feel like my hard work is paying off though. So, I will fight really hard to get as far away from that 2 as I can!

    I never eat back exercise calories. Not that I am a shining example for anyone's weight loss success, considering the scale has continued to creep up for me lately, but I know if I ate back exercise calories I'd just gain. It works for some people, but as a general rule it just seems like sketchy science to me.

    Yep. I was all the way down to 192, but I'm retaining water like CRAZY lately (I can tell it's water retention because a) I have been within my calorie range every day, and b) I am not peeing even half as much as I usually do, which is a LOT) and the scale's been back up to 195 for a couple days now. It's stressing me out how close I am to that 2 still, but there's nothing I can do except keep going and hope something gives soon.

    well, TOM week, but I've been fighting like a crazy lady to stay in the One's and I've done it so far! counting those calories, getting activity even though I want to crawl in a ball, drinking water, saying no to sweet and salty.... definately a struggle but I will win! cuz I'm not gonna see a Two!
  • I will be so happy when I am working on GETTING OUT of the 190's instead of working on STAYING OUT of the 200's!
  • I don't know where everyone is at, but I hit 196.4 today and am so happy! I can start looking forward to the 80's now! Hope everybody is doing well!
