HI everyone, just popped in to check in
I haven't run in several weeks. I haven't really felt "into" it. I have realized I don't want to push myself to run when I don't want to and end hating it. I'd rather do it for enjoyment sake.
I want to always be able to run 5K in 30 minutes whenever I want... that's my baseline goal for fitness.
There's a 10K at the end of November I want to do. I think I'll take more time off to just lift and x-train, then start runnning again at the beginning of October.
