Hey everyone!!
I'm still plugging along. I have not stepped on the scale in two days, I ONLY weigh in the morning, and I usually weigh every morning, but I was running late for work, so I did not get on the scale. Plus, I give myself a calorie "range" to hit, and I have been staying on the high side of that, and went on a drinking binge last Saturday, so I was giving myself a chance for it to get out of my system so I did not step on the scale and have a heart attack!!! LOL!! Offical weigh in is not till Friday for me, and hopefully I will be down five pounds, that would put me at my first mini goal, under 300!!!
But if not I am sure I will be there next week!! Anyways, hope everyone is doing good!!
