How's everyone doing? I have been keeping up my walking and drinking all my water. I really hate food right now though with it being AF time but I am keeping control. I am not really restricting what I eat just focusing on chewing my food slowly and eating less pretty much. So far so good!

So far so good for me. Tomorrow is my "official" weigh in day. And if I hold on to what the scale said today I am looking at about a 3-4 lbs. loss for this week!! So I am happy about that!! My food has been pretty on plan. I have been at this about a month. I did allow myself a small treat yesterday. I have been having cravings for about 2 weeks now, and I keep hearing people say that you can have treats, in moderation, if you count it into your calories. So I did ... I ate only what I allotted, and it felt great, no guilt, unless the scales go up!! LOL!! I have been doing okay moving, but I still think I need to do more. I don't want to push myself to hard and give up though!! Hope everyone else is staying POP!!!

Hey ladies.
I'm just checking in. When i weighed myself the other day I am down 5lbs.
This is such a moral booster to be starting off with a bang.
The past week I have been going for walks with spurts jogging added to it. I am working my way to 4miles. Last night I almost did 3 miles.
How is everyone else doing? Good news i hope.

I have lost 9 lbs, but my OA sponsor made me put away my scale, so I can't give updates until October 3rd. I'm shaky, but hanging in there. How is everyone doing?

Hey everyone!! I'm still plugging along. I have not stepped on the scale in two days, I ONLY weigh in the morning, and I usually weigh every morning, but I was running late for work, so I did not get on the scale. Plus, I give myself a calorie "range" to hit, and I have been staying on the high side of that, and went on a drinking binge last Saturday, so I was giving myself a chance for it to get out of my system so I did not step on the scale and have a heart attack!!! LOL!! Offical weigh in is not till Friday for me, and hopefully I will be down five pounds, that would put me at my first mini goal, under 300!!! But if not I am sure I will be there next week!! Anyways, hope everyone is doing good!!

I didn't lose anything but I am having some constipation issues. ARGHHH!! Anyway, continuing my daily walk it out on wii and water. Keep on keeping on.

I'm doing pretty well. After my 3 pound gain last week, I persevered and lost 7 1/2 pounds this week. Didn't really do anything different. I did work harder at getting in exercise. I have about 15 pounds to get to 275.
BB—I've been there. I hope you get some relief soon!
