The first challenge was such a success we decided to do it again.
Please only join if you are serious about sticking with it. Even if you don't do great, posting your weight every week and staying accountable makes a huge difference. In the last challenge everyone that stuck with it weighed at least a pound lighter at the end. Lets make this challenge even better than the first and lose the pounds together.
This is what the charts will look like. Unfortunately I am working off of a $500 laptop and these are the best graphics that can be done on "Paint." Sorry that they're blurry . Enjoy
