Hi! Well first of all.. I just want to say I'm new here but I think I'm really going to like it!
Alright so, I have been watching my weight for the past year, but I have not seen any changes. Is that possible? Healthy eating, exercise every day or almost everyday. And I am feeling pretty disappointed. My parents are hosting a dinner party next Saturday And I want to see if maybe I could lose 5 pounds. Is that a reachable goal if I am doing it in a healthy way? Please help.. :
