Monday again and weight is still on hold but BGL is fine. My legs are very sore but I am going to force myself to walk down for the mail this morning. I feel that I am getting weaker and weaker lately and need the exercise.
Food has been good with lots of veggies and perhaps too much fruit. Today I have to do something with yet more tomatoes, an eggplant from my garden (seven more on the way!) and a spaghetti squash. If I keep on like this, there will be no room in the freezer for commercial salty frozen dinners! ... and that's a good thing!
