  • I waddled my way through 92 miles of sand and water these last 2 weeks. Gee you think that with that distance I would have lost a ton of weight. I stayed the same but I know my tummy is smaller and my legs are larger. I really didn't need larger legs as I have more muscle in my legs than most guys.

    My total so far for the month is 103.5 miles.
    I am heading out for a short one today because it is -44 and I know that I am going to freeze my butt off.

    Walked 3 miles yesterday and today I walked 5.5 miles

    Had to walk the last 1 1/2 miles due to my now famous (to me) poop accidents!! I shouldn't have had chili last night!
