    6 - Day off, took down the tree and mall walked. No time, was more of a meandering walk!

    6 - rest day ~~~~~~~~~~~I actually had too much energy today to take the day off. I actually wanted to climb on that thing and work it!!!! 2.31 miles in 45min. A note of caution....if you are groovin' to the funk of funkabilly, by Joanna Cotten....make sure you have your emergency stop thingy is clipped on Im very glad I was at home, and not at a gym

    4. rested my Very sore muscles, went dancing with DH

    9. I am sore, sore, sore, so day of rest. Only exercise was walking my dogs!

    11. gym was closed when I got there, only exercise was walking my doggies

  • Wow just looking at this thread is motivating!
    I started back last week with working out. So here is my little list!

    Not sure how to put those little doodlie guys in so let's just imagine my days have a little cute treadmill guy by them!

    Tuesday - 45 minutes
    Wednesday -30 minutes
    Thursday - 45 minutes
    Friday - 45 minutes
    Sunday - 30 minutes
  • Today- 45 minutes on treadmill
    And... ( I posted this in another thread but am so excited am gonna boast, I mean post here too.)

    I actually ran today on the 'mill. Only for about 2 minutes a time 3 times, but more running than I have done in too long to remember. I feel great!
