How important is it to have 1 - 2 tsp of olive oil every day? What does it do for us? Is there any issue if I'm consuming more than 2 tsp per day? What would the impact be?
I think it has to do with healthy fat consumption..because we dont get a lot of fat in our packets.. i think its a way of adding in good fat into your body..also olive oil in particular helps in the washroom department in terms of helping your bowels.
I love olive oil and lemon on my salad and veggies. I am Italian so for me it has always been a cooking staple...I confess that I consume a little more than the 2 tsp. so I may be getting a few extra calories. It does not seem to affect my losing weight each week though.
It is important, as the diet is low in fat and our bodies need fat. Make sure you take an Omega supplement too.
My coach only recommends the cal-mag, potassium and the multi vitamin. I've often wondered what the other optional vitamins are for... can you explain more?
