Just wanted to pop over and say that when I get your results I may be late posting them as I will be gone all day tomorrow for my neices grad. They live 2.5hrs away.

I will post them by Tuesday.

Have a great night hope you all did great at WI tonight.
  • GOOD MORNING RED TEAM!!!!

It's Monday again. Back at work. Oh joy.

In spite of having to still be at my job (and wishing I was able to be elsewhere) I have a VERY ambitious week planned out for myself! I am expecting great things from myself this week! I am planning for almost an hour of exercise every day this week! 30 Day Shred each day plus at least a half hour every day at the office gym during the work week. Let's make that happen!

I am so sore this morning after the yard mowing plus a 20 minute workout with Jillian's 30 Day Shred. Ouchie!!!! And yet through all the pain I still heart Jillian! I know that she's tough as nails and if I follow this plan I'll see some results. Eat healthy, move more, lose weight. I really want to see a good loss this week on the scale, and am also hoping that the Woosh Fairy will pay me a visit in a couple of days too!

Let's all have a fantastic week!!!!! GO RED TEAM!!!!!
  • Hi everyone! Sorry I've been MIA! lots going on and I kind of spaced the chat thread I hope everyone has been getting in great workouts and staying on track with their eating!

I just gone done doing 30 day shred and then 35 minutes of dance central! I forgot how much I love playing that game! Between the two, I was dripping in sweat when I was done! I would have danced more but my daughter wasn't having it I usually put her in her highchair and she eats while I exercise (I pull her highchair really close to me). Usually after she's done eating Ivan give her some toys and she's content for a while. Getting an hour of her cooperating this morning was great! Lol

I'm off to get things done around the house! I hope everyone has a good Monday!

  • Great week team!!!

I'm feeling pretty motivated and determined right now. I'm about 5.5lbs away from crossing the BMI threshold into just plain overweight instead of obese. I know it's all in my head, but I really need to get myself away from that label because I feel like it's so far from who I am now.
  • Good morning ladies!

Yes it's Monday but techically it's Tuesday because it's only a 4 day work week over here in Canada since Friday is Canada Day. Woot. Not that I have anything special planned other then not working 5 days. .

Sad to see three people have been elimated, but I guess that's how the game goes!

This is week two of Insanity for me! Week one was good! Week 2 will be better, plus an additional 5 days of C25K training since 2 were missed last week. Thats over an hour of excercise this week. Hopefully I'll see some awesome numbers on the scale by Sunday!

Peanut- I completely agree with you. Once I hit 185 I will be officially in the 'over-weight' category and for whatever reason I'll feel so much more successful when I get there. It must be even bigger for you since you've already lost twice as much weight as I have. Don't worry though, you've been a weight loss machine! In the next week or two we'll get there and celebrate
  • Hi just wanted to let you know the results are posted.

Blue Team won this week that's 2 a piece now.

Lets all have a great week 5
