K...I very nearly collapsed this morning.
Let me start this by saying that I've met all my non-scale goals this week. I worked out everyday (and twice on Thursday), stayed within my calories and drank my water. I was rewarded with a
-5.6 on the scale for my weekly weigh-in this morning.
I definitely don't expect this kind of loss every week but it's so fantastic to see the fruits of my labor. Wow! Talk about a WHOOSH! I'm on
right now! I even surpassed my first milestone of 5% lost (277.8)! CANNOT wait to get my ticker and signature block privileges!
