Finally back on track!

  • I finally got my whoosh! at the end of march i was 256 then the next day i went up to 258lbs and stayed there for the next 2 weeks. finally it went down again and i lost 4lbs in 3 days. thank god because i was so tired of seeing 258.4lbs staring back at me. i cut my calories down to 1500 or 1800 going back and forth but i never exactly hit 1800 but close enough to it. im happy right now. 254lbs is welcomed but not to stay.

  • My weight fluctuations do that a lot too. The first two week of April, I lost nothing. BUT, I just lost 2 pounds. It's all good. ?Keep up the great work.
