Help!

  • Day three and im so hungry! Im at work and I brought four IP packs and already had two in hungy and I still have eight hours to go! Any tips? I'm goin to run out of food!
  • Just a few ideas...

    1. Drink warm beverages (herbal tea, coffee) with splenda - they will help you feel more satisfied;

    2. Make sure to drink all of your water;

    3. Celery sticks;

    4. Dill pickles (if you can get some);

    5. Hard boiled eggs (preferably the whites only);

    6. Slices of cooked ham (watch the sodium and fat content);

    7. Eat/drink your packs slowly and wait about 15 mins. for your brain to register that your body is not hungry anymore;

    8. Don't forget to take your supplements;

    9. Try to keep busy to keep your mind off of food (easier said than done, I know);

  • Make sure to get in all your veggies, and lettuce is unlimited!! Eat slower so your brain registers that you're eating.
