Hello all, new user here. I joined so I could get some motivation. This looks like the place where I can share and talk about exercising. I just went through a gruling 2 weeks of attempting p90x to learn that you gain weight with this. I dont need to bulk up, I need to lose fat. Tonight, I will begin Turbo Jam to begin with but I really want to try Turbo Fire. Any success stories with Turbo Jam?
