Hi Everyone!

I did a new workout today and made it an extra workout. I don't like relying on a new workout as my main workout. I don't always get a good workout in because I am trying to learn the workout. Makes sense?

Got TF yesterday!! Starting the 5 day Inferno Plan Monday (I'm finishing up ChaLEAN Extreme this week!) Anyone do the hybrid schedule with Extreme? I'm debating on which schedule I want to do!

Hi Everyone! TGIF! I hope you have a great Friday and an even better weekend!

This is my last week of the HIIT training. I am SO glad! I prefer long cardio workouts to doing the HIIT's, toning, sculpting, and such. Next week is my recovery week. I can do all the cardio that I want. After that I will start my third TF rotation.

Hey Diana

I too Love the feeling after a long Cardio... Glad to hear I'm not the Only one.

Added a 30 Min walk and a 30 min Jog To yesterday.

Today Yard work and Fire 55.

Izzadawn You will probably burn a lot of calories doing TF 55 and yard work! That's a tough combo! Something that I've noticed in the past, I don't know if it's true this time. I don't normally lose weight during the HIIT sections of the rotation. Every time I think I figure out my body, something changes. We'll see what happens next week. In the past, my body has preferred long cardio.
