So, I had a 6 week assessment done at the gym this morning and I have lost an additional 6.5 inches in 6 weeks!
My cardio recovery has improved again as well and, I did 6 more pushups and 4 more situps in a minute!
The scale isn't moving a great deal for me but that's OK. I feel great and have a tonne of energy and stamina.
It's things like this that keep me on track.
Thanks 3FC for making me realize that health doesn't revolve around a number on the scale and a BMI reading.
