Marci and Courtney from the biggest loser are from Valparaiso, IN. This is very close to where I live. Marci managed the Omni Health club there. Today they had an open house and they had a Q&A with many of the biggest loser contestants. Courtney was there, but she couldn't answer any questions during the panel and I can't post the picture I have of her and I. But Marci, Arthur, Jesse and Justin were all there. The panel was pretty cool and they said some interesting things. Mainly that you have to love yourself and about how mental all of this is. Marci looks amazing, she is so small. Arthur is very funny! They were all very gracious. They talked a lot about how important it is to build muscle.

During the Q&A they said...
-Yes, the first workout is every bit as hard as it looks on TV
-Marci is eating about 1600 calories a day at home to maintain her weight (about 1/2 of what she was eating on the ranch)
-The only red meat they have on the ranch is Filet Mignon
-They alluded to what we all know that a week isn't always 7 days

Just lots and lots of funny & interesting stories. I think the most fun was watching them workout in person. It was a really cool experience. If you ever get a chance to meet with any of them, I would highly recommend it!

I notice you said Moses but had a picture of Jesse (Arthur's dad). I guess you were allowed to take/post pics of those guys because they are not currently on the show at this point of the airing? Moses and Courtney are still in the running as of right now. How much do you think Courtney is weighing as on now?? Hehe love the gossip.

Wow! That's so cool! The Biggest Loser is my favorite show right now. I wish I had watched it before. I'm happy to see them all there staying active. I liked all of them. So I guess TBL flew Arthur and Jesse out for this? They live in Portland. I hope Courtney looked good. I want her to win it all.

That is so awesome that you got to meet them! I had a very dear friend on Biggest Loser Season 10 (Sophia Franklin). I was totally surprised that she was on there and now she is super healthy and looks awesome! Seeing her on TV really inspired me to go ahead a lose the weight once and for all

That is so cool! And, Marci really rocks. She is a great role model for us middle aged Moms.
