Hey There!!

  • Hello Everyone!
    I am Courtney, but you can call me Court or Coco for short.
    I'm so happy I found this site because I have been looking for something like this for a week and found nothing until now!
    I finally decided 2 weeks ago that I wanted to start my weight loss journey and enough was enough with being fat! lol

    I started out at 165lbs as of 7 days ago, I started my work outs, which I do every single night and now I am down to 160lbs. My goal is to be down 40 lbs in the next 4 months and I believe I can do it, but support from you ladies would be GREAT!

  • Thanks Ladies!! My workout is a mix of Running/Jogging/Walking for about 30-35 minutes every single night a few hours before I got to bed. When I come in and am done my work-out I shower and just drink water for the night until i go to bed. I am so happy I gave up the late night eating and snacking...it was killing me and I thought it would be hard to stop..but it wasn't!

    The support from all of you gals on the site really is a ton of help!
