  • Tracyo- Thanks for the info! Congrats on your results! I am going to see if I can manage to commit to doing 30 day shred for 30 days consecutively before I allow myself to venture down the p90x road.
  • I'm down 2.8 pounds from last week! I definitely think I need to adjust my goal weight though- I don't think I can do 160 by 7/4! I'm thinking maybe 170 at the HIGHEST would be a much better realistic goal! I hope to be in the high 170s by early June... so maybe losing about 10 pounds in amonth after that? Hope so! We'll see!

    i'm hoping to be @ my 160 goal by july. i would like to do 0.5 - 1 lb per week.

    i only have 18 lbs to go. 12 weeks left. i could easily pull off 0.5lbs per week.

  • Can I Join? July 4th weekend I am going to see my parents and siblings again after months and I want to give them a pleasant surprise...I am aiming for 25-30 lbs by then, about 2.5 lbs a week. I am soooo excited

  • Ahh perfect. I'll be road tripping to Myrtle Beach for the 4th. It's beena yearly trip for the last 3 years.

    I want to lose 25 lbs before I leave on June 30th.
    Good looking guys are NOT in short supply down there!!

  • I wanna be 135 by July 4th...I have a little over 16 pounds to lose. If I drink a ton of water, watch what I eat, and work out a minimum of 4x a week (realllllly shooting for 5x here...buuuut I work 2 jobs and I am awfully tired after a 12-14 hour day)

    Anyone else work 2 or more jobs? How you fit them workouts in?!?!?!
  • I'm IN! I don't know my current weight, and won't know until May 1st. But I'll set a tentative goal for 140 as well! Oh man! I'm excited! You all are so inspiring!

    Nevermind. I went and looked and found the dvd, and had to order it. I also ordered the fat smash diet book. Have to see how I like them. I'm currently calorie counting and doing power90 workouts with little results. I'll let you guys know what I think.

    Yay...we have twin goals...But tell me about your calorie counting, because CC'ing has worked so well for me that I wanted to find out why it's not working for you (although I know not everything works for everybody) can you give me an idea about what you're eating? And also, how often do you do the Power90 workouts? Sometimes, if we work out extra vigorously our bodies hold on to fluid to regenerate out muscles (lactic acid it's called...I think, don't quote me on that) and you just might need to take a break for a day or two and give your body time to regenerate and those pounds fall right off...

    Well, I'm 240.6 today, so I am powering through these first few pounds...as it usually is. But I am going to be switching it up in May going back to bootcamp so I expect to see some real results in May. Happy Friday Ladies!!!
