I have trouble drinking water throughout the day so I am starting this thread to remind to drink my water/ herbal tea on a daily basis.


9:30 am So far I have had one 16oz glass of water

12:30pm~Okay so I have had 2 160z glasses of water, an herbal tea and a cup of chicken bouillon (does that count as water?)

Not yet, but I am going to go make a pot of green tea with mint (President's Choice and pretty good too). Thanks Mauvais!

I've had 2 decaf green teas so far this morning

1:20 pm----16 oz. water down the hatch

Late last night--2 coffees, and a diet pepsi

2 coffees and 24 oz of water!

At least 32 ounces of water and I'm STILL thirsty!!!

Haven't had a damned ounce yet today.

Ellis- that is me wagging my finger and nagging at you!

Okay-so I managed to down four 16oz glasses of water and 2 cups of herbal tea.

Guess I'll go eat dinner and have a glass of water now

Okay, I've had two so far. You know; Mauvais, I usually drink at least 6 glasses a day. Except for today. You've cursed me with this new thread.
I'm going to drink 4 more.
If I pee the bed tonight, I'll know who to blame.

Ellis, if you are thinking of using that as an excuse for me to buy you new linens for Christmas you can forget it!

Would you like to know how many times I've peed today? Thank goodness I don't work outside my home. I'd be in BIG trouble.

8:20 a.m.--so far 16 oz of water and 1 green decaf tea

I had 5 16oz glasses yesterday.

2:41PM-36 oz so far today and a swig of diet vanilla coke. Honestly, it was just a swig, the other part went all over my desk (what a clutz!!!)
