Hello, Hello! Had my week #12 WI yesterday. I had a 3.6 lb loss! I can't believe it. I haven't had that big a loss since week #2. I don't know what happened or why, but woo-hoo! I even weighed myself again this morning on my home scale and it was consistent. Yay! I usually lose 1-1.5 lbs a week, so I'll take it. I'm so close to Phase 2.
