If I did it, anyone can. Trust me I have done every diet and was never able to stick to any. I got frustarted and tired easily becase the results were very slow. IP has changed my life!!

emma1101~ Visit the Ideal Protein thread. It is wonderful. I love the way I feel now having cut out the bad crap. I just needed a push in the right direction for getting all the sugar out of my system. IP is awesome!!

IP is a low carb diet with lean protein. It is not like Atkins where you eat all kinds of protein freely. There is something about this program that gives you great results while you burn fat and loose quickly. It is also a path to healthy eating. It has given me great health benefits. Check the threads under Ideal Protein. The one that says IP Phases will give you a detailed description of the program. You can ask any questions you may have to people in the forums and someone could help you. I'd be glad to give you more info as well

I did have a photo taken the day I started on 10/17/10. I'll have my niece take another photo soon in the same outfit so I can "see" what 37 lbs lost looks like!

I look forward to seeing them. BTW thanks a bunch for the altrenative products sites. I placed some orders. Should be getting them soon. I'm telling the clinic on Staurday that I'm not going to continue buying their food and see what happens. I'm sure they are going to kick me out, but it's fine with me. I can do this with the help of people like you!
