Happy New Year shorties!!!
I'll be the first to admit I fell off the wagon big time over the Christmas/New Years vacation. I have no excuse, the fault is my own. I have no idea what I weigh but I do know I gained weight back. Today is a new day of a new year. I went food shopping yesterday and bought lots of veggies and grilled up a ton of chicken for the week. Low fat snacks, water, etc. I'm not embarrassed bout the weight gain but know how crappy and tired I feel from it and its not a good feeling. So game on! I'm back on the wagon

I still would love to hit my original 30lbs by Memorial Day, but will start small with a mini goal and shoot for 10lbs by Valentines Day.
