I have the C25K program on my ipod, search for it in the app store at itunes. My version cost $2.99 but it's really worth it. I've seen some versions of it for free but they haven't seemed half as good.

I've gotten free running apps at itunes... this was a couple of years ago though...there is another podcast that isn't called c25k but it's the same concept....Have fun!!
