  • Congrats to everyone that is soooo close to 199!!
    I weighed in this morning @ 213. I have exactly 4 weeks to be down 13 pounds...I'm pretty excited!!!

    My scale at home was around 207-208 today.
    I tend to weigh myself at the gym once a week/ week and a half just to compare. When I started working out at the beginning of January, it said I was 218! I was in a little shock - but I was wearing my gym get-up (shoes,shorts,pants,tank top, tshirt & jacket). Last week when I went, it said I was 213, so that made me feel a little better.

    I want to get a new digital scale so badly. I'll have to wait till the end of the month. What scales do you ladies use?
    I have a digital scale that I got at BJ's.... I always step on it 2 times to be sure that I get the same readout. Thankfully it's been working good for me! I also weigh first thing in teh morning in my underwear cuz it makes me feel better LOL
  • The scale's moving in the right direction! I'm hoping these 12 pounds come off easily over the next three weeks!

  • I use just one from walmart. I have great news though! The past 2 days I've weighted myself i've weighed 202.4 so officially 5 pounds!! Congrats on everyone else who is losing weight! Even if it is slowly....as long as something is coming off even if it is inches...congrats!

    lol me too! Mornings are my favorite time. sometimes I have to weigh myself 5-6 times to make sure its the right weight. I hate/love my scale lol

    Merissa: I like to weigh in the mornings too - usually after my morning pee & BM - I like to think it makes a difference but it never does, LOL!! I always have to make sure my scale's ticket is on 0. Sometimes I have to adjust it because it's off - annoys the heck outta me. Hence why I want a digital one so I can see if I'm losing 0.5lbs, etc.

  • 207.2 this morning. This week has been rough...gone from 209 to 207 to 205 and back up to 207. Let's hope these two rest days do me some good.

  • I'm officially 199 today! This is the first time I've officially hit that number throughout my weight loss journey. I got so close late last year, but then sabotaged myself over the holidays. Feels so good to see a "1" again. Since I've been going back and forth between 201 and 198 all week, I'm gonna stay in this thread until I'm about 197.

    Congrats to anyone else who's hit 199 or lost any amount of weight this week!

    gnat, I use an old digital scale. I was probably in my early teens when we got it and I don't even remember where it came from, but it's still consistent and the battery hasn't even been changed (even with my obsessive weighing!). It only measures in whole numbers, though. So it'll just say 199 instead of 199.7. I think I like this though, since I would probably obsess over those numbers as well. It would be nice to see how far I have to go until I've gained or lost another pound, though...

  • So I'm not sure what happened but I just weighed myself for the **** of it and I went up 2 pounds!! I barely at anything this weekend. I mean I had a few drinks Saturday night, but I didn't think that it was enough to do anything!!! I do know that next week I'll be on my monthly, so maybe that's it, but its so frustrating! Do y'all think that it could be just water retention? It's just so aggravating!
