  • I really liked the challenge that Matt H posted last year so I thought I'd continue it.

    Welcome to the 2011 weight loss challenge!

    Basically, you "sign up" by making a post here with placeholders for each month of the year, such as this (or you can tailor the dates to the day of the week that you weigh-in):

  • I'm in! I hope/expect to hit goal in 2011, so I'll aim to lose 23lbs and then switch my goal to maintaining for the rest of the year.

  • I think I'm going to track body fat % as well as weight. I'm starting the year around 11% body fat and ~180 pounds. I'd like to be in the 170s but with 6-8% body fat.
