It's Weekly Prep Time!

  • What are you doing to set yourself up for a successful week? Here's my list:
    prepping cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and celery for the week ahead,
    cooking a chicken
    house is stocked with clementines and grapefruit
    cookies from yesterday are stored in the freezer
    oatmeal & pumpkin stores restocked.

    What's on your list today?
  • Hi seagirl, I'm prepared for the upcoming week. I cooked enough shrimp to eat on this week. I made a large salad, green beans, brought turkey breast, lite english muffins, canadian bacon and I have a supply of fresh fruit, yogurt & popcorn. My preparing last week helped me to lose 7.4 pounds so I am psyched for another week of good eating. I hope you have a great week.
  • I went to the grocery store two days ago and stocked up on fruit, vegetables, ground turkey, chicken, and shrimp =D I usually don't plan a week ahead of time since I'm at the store every couple days buying MORE fruit, veggies, and meat. I have 3 kiddos and a very hungry husband so we always seem to run out of everything within a day or two!
