Ok we're going to my all time fav restaurant tomorrow for lunch and I'm not sure what to get. I know I might want dessert if its on offer (Soul Trinkets- I guess theyre kinda like petit fours? but more amazinger) so I want a tasty but relatively lower cal lunch. I was thinking either the grilled hapuku fillet on petits pois a la francaise with smoky pancetta, or the roast baby chicken on sauteed smoked bacon and oyster mushrooms, new season’s asparagus. It seems like gram for gram chicken and hapuku is about the same, but I'm guessing roasted is going to be more fatty than grilled.
HMMMMM what do you guys think?
