Where are all the Sugar Busters hangin' out? Or is that an old skool term? I've tried many diets as an adult, but that was the way I lost significant weight almost effortlessly and kept it off for quite a while, before Life threw a few curves and I got off track.

No problem going it alone, but love checking out 3 Fat Chicks from time to time...was hoping to find some tips/fellow Busters. Hollah if you're out there!

Joyful Retiree is correct. The Busting Sugar thread in this same forum is where that diet and similar are included. Unfortunately we had so few members on the plan that we had to drop the forum. It's a great plan, and I wish you much success on it!
