Ok now I'm proud - NSV

  • I'm grocery shopping and I have some extra cals to spare today so I was going to pick up favorite B & J Fro Yo and usually I can manage to make myself turn the pint into 3-4 on plan servings, but they were all out. There were many decent other options, but they all came in half gallons and looked way too delicious. For me when something is too good and it's not a single serving or small size I'll typically binge. So I didn't buy anything but my 100 cal skinny cow bars that I never binge on. But because I'm hungry and my planned dinner is very low cal I picked up a little premade salad. Woohoo-keep those triggers out of the house!

    I'm not totally out of the woods since my two year old only eats carbs, but I have a busy weekend and I'm feeling strong and I lost 2 lbs this week...well one was a relose and one was new. Anyway, stay strong this weekend everyone!
