Hi chicks!
I am sharing my happiness with you! I did Phase 1 and I am now on Phase 1.5! I am planning to do this phase for about two weeks!
And as I am learning that the only way forward is by being honest, I would like to say that I did sway off plan and my yogurt was not low fat and the only low fat was actually having a lot of sugar in it. And the curry sauce had some sugar in it as well, but I only had a bit of them. Then on day 14, I had some beef stew for lunch that had potatoes and carrots in there. I have been doing Phase 1.5 for today and I had a pear around before lunch. I loved it and I got high on it haha!
But I am working on no eating before bed and that is going really well. The other thing is learning that nuts are to be eaten a small handful of, instead a whole big pack.
The weight loss result is 4 pounds and I am over the moon!
