    L. Chicken sandwich on ww bread with lettuce and cucumber, strawberries, yogurt
    S. skim milk if I'm peckish mid-afternoon
    D. Taco Bake, huge mixed green salad
  • Phase 2 -

    B. oatmeal w/blueberries, raspberries & pecans
    L. stuffed chard, yogurt
    S. peach melba snack cake
    D. zucchini parmesan
    S. NSA fudgesicle
  • B- bite sized shredded wheat, 1% milk
    s- 3/4 zone bar (ds likes em too) and about 15 hazelnuts
    L- small chili, coffee
    s- probably sf pudding cup
    S- lean meat BBQ'd, with a tossed salad and the leftover spaghetti squash with a dot of rf margarine and shredded parmesan
  • Phase 2

    B-steel cut oats, NF milk, strawberries
    L-chicken breast, spinach mix salad, balsamic vin.
    S-greek yogurt, blueberries
    D-chicken salad sandwiches on toasted w.w. flatbread, tomato salad
    S-PB cup
  • B: veggie omelette, turkey bacon, V8
    S: V8/Turkey slices
    L: Shrimp/black beans/salad
    S: String Cheese
    D: Salad Shimp/black beans/asparagus

    phasr 1
  • B: Smoothie with one carrot, a handful of spinach,1/2 banana, silken tofu, blueberries, strawberries, green whey, green powder, ice and agave
    S: almonds and leftover tuna on trisquit
    Lunch/dinner (we eat early) grilled flounder,black beans, broccoli and cauliflour
    S: blueberry/other 1/2 banana/strawberry sorbet
  • Phase II

    B: V8, scrambled eggs, salsa
    S: RF cheese stick
    L: Salad, salmon, garbanzo beans
    S: Tall skinny hazelnut latte
    D: Leftover steak, grilled veggies
    S: Almond butter, 1 oz. dark chocolate

    B: 2 hard boiled eggs
    L: tuna salad with onion, pickles, tomato
    S: 1 oz peanuts
    D: 4 oz steak with black bean soup
    S: Carrots, celery, ranch
  • B- Yogurt flavoured w/ lemon crystal lite, 'salad' (tomato, cukes, red pepper, onion, chick peas w/ evoo & red wine vinagrette) with my tea
    S- 10 peanuts
    L- Cauliflower & carrot sticks dipped in a little ranch and a HB Egg
    D- Green beans, stuffed pepper (gr. pepper stuffed with lean ground beef and salsa, topped with a little rf cheddar) and a glass of skim milk
    S- not sure yet... depends if I am actually hungry or just munchie
  • Phase II

    B: 2 boiled eggs, V8
    L: Refried beans, RF cheddar, salad , salsa
    S: Carrots, hummus, blueberries & blackberries
    D: Chicken breasts cooked in tomato basil sauce with sauteed onion, mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, steamed cauliflower
    S: Almond butter
  • B: crustless quiche, v8
    S: lf cheese stick and 15 almonds
    L: roll ups with turkey, cheese, mayo and pickle
    S: hummos and celery
    D: chicken in masala sauce with spinach
  • B: Coffee with 1 Sweet'n Low (my stomach isn't happy this morning)
    S: Smoked Almonds (I'm sure I'll be hungry by the time lunch comes around).
    L: Large salad with turkey and ranch
    D: Chicken with green beans
  • Phase II

    L: Huge salad, tuna, black beans
    S: Tall skinny hazelnut latte, boiled egg
    D: Amy's Black Bean Chili, RF cheese
