So on Friday I started weighing in every morning when I get up, started at 233.8. Saturday was 233.0, Sunday and today (Monday) I am at 232.6. This is fairly good right? I suppose I feel like since I am not seeing a big difference I feel like I'm not doing something right. But, keeping in mind this is just a diet change, I haven't incorperated regular excercise in yet, this is a good start to my weight loss right? I guess I just need some reassurance!
