  • Because I have a mini goal of two more pounds by July 1!! Then it's on to the 130s. Once I'm there, it's a new pair of summer sandals for me.
  • Because I'm able to control my blood pressure with a good diet.
  • Because I have two weddings this weekend that are going to be very tempting.
  • Because I'm on the road to onederland!
  • Because if I don't, I'll never get to see how good being thinner feels--and I'm looking forward to that feeling!
  • Because I just can't allow myself to give up!!!
  • Because I didn't derail from having a plateau, and today the scale dropped. I'm so close to Onederland, I hope it keeps going!
  • Because I'm remembering how good it feels to see the scale go down again!
  • Because I'm not doing all this exercise just to maintain my current weight!
  • Because I desire to be under 300 pounds again!
  • I will stay on plan today because I'm fed up. My ankles keep swelling and I don't know why.
    But I won't throw all this hard work away.

    Rox- Congrats on reaching 249. For me, that's when it really felt real for the first time. Once I got there, I knew it was possible to get all the way to goal.
