I use to work for a pharmacy and I would ask my favorite pharmacist about this product or that, and she told me that the cleansers are pretty much a laxative with lots of vitamins. Buy a 4 dollar laxative and take your vitamins??? But don't throw away 20 + bucks on that stuff.

P.S. according to my fave. pharmacist, the boob enhancing pills are a joke as well...

Yes, I have tried the Colon Cleanse pills and they were as effective as any other colon cleanse product that cleanses your colon (boy, that's redundant).

As far as weight loss, it was only minimal due to water loss, NOT FAT LOSS.

I had my Colon Cleanse today.

I did not get really good results, due to stress/ cortisol in my body.

I am going to have another colon cleanse in 2 weeks.

I am trying to reduce stress.

The overall cleanse made me feel better.

I've been trying to work up the nerve for a colonocopy, should of gotten one last year, but I'm kind of scared. Whenever I have taken reg laxatives to get rid of constipation, I've gotten wicked dizzy, so it's scary to think what could happen with the prep for a colonosopy. I do need to have one though to make sure nothing is wrong inside.
