well ive been very good so far on my diet its been 9 weeks and not to many slip ups i can feel some old habits creeping in not sure if its because this week ive had the kids at home for easter holidays its been more hectic and harder to keep track but i found myself nibbling and i even had a bit of my daughters sausage off her plate when she had finished without even thinking, i just want so bad to keep it up i dont want to fall back into my old ways help!
