  • Good morning,

Cottage - Cape May sounds like fun, even if you are alone.

Ruth - glad you are feeling better busy Easter week is coming up.

Texaxmama - Congratulations on doing PHase 1. Enjoy Greek yogurt.

Mcc - enjoy the company of your son.

Karen - hope your shoulder gets looked after soon.

Kate - library venture sounds like a very interesting adventure.

me - Monday morning blues I guess. Going out to walk the mall since its raining and cloudy here today.
    take care
    Sophie

Cyndi - I had a funny feeling down my spine just reading about your injection. Hope it doesn't hurt.

Debbie - 100 cookies, wow are you icing them too.
  • Rain here. Good day for me to clean the house.

Hi Sophie, yes, but very simple. I made 2 batches and got 11 cookies/batch. The dough rolled out well-I think I'll freeze them all and ice on Sat.

    Jenn, back

I've put on my bike clothes and will give a go here...it's cold but I need the exercise.

  • Mornin' everyone! Grabbing a cup of hot tea and an on-plan breakfast this morning. Had a hard time staying on the beach this weekend as family came into town to visit and of course wanted to go to all the least south-beach ditet friendly places . But today is a new day and a new week! Have a great one ladies .
  • I hit my 10% goal! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahooooo! Plus, I have a day off from work! I'm going to be posting progress pictures soon.
  • YAY for you Jenny!!

This ham and cabbage stew is excellent! I need to go post!!
  • Good morning everyone,

I woke up to cloudy weather and I hear the rain is coming... kinda a bummer after sitting by the pool yesterday, but I guess we need it. Today marks the first official day of spring break for me and I'm so excited to have the week off! I do have a paper to write and two tests to study for, but it's nice to know I can do that whenever.

Not sure what's in store for me today... maybe a bike ride or a hike (weather permitting, of course!). I definitely will be spending a couple hours cleaning the house. It has become a bit cluttered!
  • YAY Jennie

Ok so if I look back at my weeks I feel like I have over did on some legal things like dairy and sweet treats. I don't have any cravings, but this weekend I did cheat ALOT. (I let the stupid scale get me down) I have put the scale in time out in the closet. I think I need to have hubby lock it up in his car!!! I do not want that stupid thing controlling my emotions anymore!!!
I don't have that same resolve I had before. I think I am going to go back to phase 1 for a few days so I can feel in control again.

Since there are a few of us who want to read the beck book. Do we want to read together and discuss?

  • I just got back from spending a wonderful day with my parents. Dad needed some new dress slacks, so we drove up to the Reading outlets. I found a great swimsuit for myself, but I'm really going to have to work on toning up my legs before swimsuit weather. They wanted to have lunch at their favorite restaurant where there was very little on the menu that was SBD friendly, so I just settled for the salad bar and had a very healthy and delicious meal.
  • Re Beck: There is a Beck Group in here. Check it out. It is perfectly compatible with SBD.

Thanks, Ruth. Good idea-I see it is compatable with SBD.
  • Thanks Ruth! I guess I need to branch out more in 3FC. I did look at the Beck group and will look even more.
