It always amazes how wonderful our bodies are. They really are our life partners. From childhood, through motherhood and through these amazing weight loss transformations, they support us. Just waiting for the day when we're ready. I know you hear it a lot of this website, but you really have made an incredible choice to love yourself! Enjoy it!

Want to hear a funny thing? At nearly 400 pounds my mobility was NOT very limited. I ran a daycare so was up and down off of the floor 100 times a day, up and down stairs, walked to and from school... the difference? I had to look for things to help me up, I was winded from ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS, my back and knees HURT from the SHORT walk to school.

Oh dears... my life is SO MUCH BETTER now. I don't even CARE much that I LOOK better. I just FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. I have so much self confidence now than I EVER had before. It's just all soooo much better!!!!
