Weigh-In: Gain or Loss? [New]

  • For all of us ladies who weigh-in on a regular basis... and like throwing out our support out to and keeping tabs on the other ladies who do, too! Our old Weigh-In thread is somewhere past the 5th page, so I figured it was time for a new one.

    This morning I was down from 142.6 to 142.2.... I've dropped from 144.4 to 142.2 in TWO DAYS. I honestly think my body's in shock, because I haven't eaten anything sugar or sodium-infested for two whole days. I'm hoping its shock lasts long enough to get me into the 130s, where I haven't been since... god. Since I was 18...? 4-5 years...? *keep going!*
  • Down 1.4 pounds to 177.8 this morning - it's a little less than I was hoping for, but it's TOM right now and my muscles are super sore from running a 5K yesterday. Hopefully next week will be a bigger loss!
  • Congrats Jelbb and smisen, that's so awesome!! I'm happy today because finally, for the first time in weeks, I've had a loss after Sunday dinner (which is usually packed with sodium and takes me days to correct) from 178-177.5 (possibly 177, since nature hasn't called yet lol). It would be awesome if I could be 175 by Friday, then I'll only have 3lbs to go for my Christmas goals!
  • I was up 2 lbs. at last week's weigh in. But I'm feeling good this week and was very inspired by a post that talked about NOT turing 2 into 10. Loved the encouragement!
  • Good job guys! Progress is outstanding and its so encouraging to see everyone losing or staying on track. Keep it up and we'll be at goal soon enough!

    I weigh every Monday and I'm down a pound. I wish it was more but I haven't been eating well, so I'm okay with it. My TOM is supposed to be this week too so hopefully I'll push through it and do okay.

    i weighed 210.6 this morning... still not gonna record it until sunday, but hopefully i can get to 209 & STAY there!! :]
  • Good job everyone! At my saturday weigh-in I was down 4 lbs from last week, now 204! Hopefully I can be in onederland by Christmas!

    Weight today was 375!

    I'm down TEN pounds in a week and a half!

  • I was at 224.4 mid-morning today but unless it holds until wednesday, it doesn't count. I'm hopeful because that would be two lbs. down in a week.
  • I just weighed in at 154 So I've gained ten pounds since the summer. Time to recommit? I think so!!
  • i was 56.5 kilos last week, and suddenly i'm 58 kilo's this morning (127.6 lbs). disappointed. I think it has to do with a few too many beer heavy nights and TOM. I am hoping that all this bloating goes away...fast!!! Funny that i am actually feeling thinner, and have had two people comment on weight loss in the past two days. oh well!
  • Last tuesday, I was 153.5. This morning, I weighed in at 149 So, I lost 4 1/2 pounds this week!

    It was also my first week, so I'm sure I won't continue on this 4 lb/week losing streak, I wish haha

    Thats up from 155 two weeks ago...maybe nature not calling has something to do with it! LOL

    After a weekend of studying and not partying I broke through a plateau.. I usually weight in between 150 and 148 after a weekend. This monday I weighted in at 145.4. I have only seen 145 one other time in my weight loss journey.. So this weekend I am not going to drink again and eat properly instead of letting weekends kill my weight loss during the week.. See how it goes,, maybe shed a few more pounds before this holiday season. So yeah I had a loss of 1.8lbs.. woo woo

    I got on the scale today just to see where I'm at since I haven't been recording anything the past couple of weeks and I'm down 2 pounds! So yay!! So, at 238.8 today and hopefully down another pound come Monday!
