Hey, y'all. Obviously, I'm new here, or else I wouldn't be posting this. =]
I'm a college student (bet you can't tell where). I've been through the mill when it comes to weight; I dealt with eating disorders for 7 years before going into recovery, but I got a bit out of control on the other end of the spectrum, and here I am at 5'2 and 160 pounds. While cautious, I'm ready to lose a pretty good bit of weight, hopefully down to 120 or 110, but I want to do it in a gradual, healthy way this time and maintain it. You all seem pretty awesome, and I hope to find a niche here and some motivation to be healthy!
