Well chickies I weighed my self and have stayed steady for the month and considering I have not journaled since the begining of the month or exercised I did pretty good. But I have to get 'with the progam' now that my temp job is over soon have three more days spread out over two weeks
I have decided not to do a new years resolution only because it sets me up for failure. I prefer to set "mini" goals and reach for them what about all of you?
