    So yesterday I weighed myself and I'm at 178.4. I'm so happy to have lost that 1.4 pounds I put back on!!! Now its time to keep going with that momentum and push towards my goal of 169.8!!! I have 5 weeks and I'm hoping to lose 1.5-2 pounds a week. I only have 8.6 pounds to go! I can do this thing!!!

    Last week I went walking around the mall on Wednesday, played dodge ball and did a good amount of running after our Thanksgiving meal, walked around while doing some shopping on Friday, and strength training/aerobic workout on Sunday. I've also tried to eat less and be conscientious of about how many calories I'm consuming.

    It's time to JUST DO IT!

    I'm hoping to get into the gym tomorrow or Thursday.

  • hey! thought i would give a bit of an update. I ran yesterday for the first time in a while, it felt really good. I am sore today, but i will run again tomorrow.

    on food: I baked brownies for my Boyfriend and had one. i can forgive myself for that, they were just so good! other than that i have done pretty good, lots of veggies and protein. I am meeting up with one of my girlfriends tonight for a beer, hope we can just stick to one beer always seems to be a problem spot for me.

    I'll start the game of tag. Now's as good a time as any.
    Rules: Please feel free if you get tags and do not wish to complete them to just not worry about them (no need to feel guilty or make a big deal). A tag equals 30 minutes of exercise.     Nothing good is happening with me, actually everything is crashing and burning but leave it to Mama to make drowning in the ocean seem like getting splashed by a puddle. If I grow up to be half the woman she is, I'll be wonderful.

    Enough of my whining, how is everyone doing?! Have you decorated, what are your plans for Christmas?

    I got back from my trip from NYC 2 days ago so I've been busy with chores and unpacking! 8 days of Nyc and eating out 2 meals a day = 2 lb gain lol
    aND TOM arrived yesterday so I'm back with a vengeance

    hope I can reach this goal! I'm secretly hoping to be in the 150s by 2010 but I'm going to be realistic

    I hope everyone is having a fabulous holiday season. I LOVE LOVE Christmas and giving people presents hee.
    I'm going to be in NYC/Philly for 1 week for x'mas/new years~ this time I refuse to eat crazy...

    First day back yesterday I did 3-4 loads of laundry and managed to do 40 min elliptical, 40 min treadmill, 20 min pilates ~ got all my water and green tea in too! Feels good to be OP again.
  • Can I join? My previous time on 3FC was limited because of a slow computer. Now that it's fixed, I'm here regularly. I just started exercising again, and I'm working on getting back on plan with eating.

  • I'm pleased but very confused because the scale read 166.5 lbs today!

    It was at 170 wednesday morning... official weigh in for me isn't until Monday but I sent in my Friday WI already!

    I lowered my challenge goal to <160 .. hope to be in the 150s by 2010

    I'm guessing the weight I gained from my NYC 8 day trip was mostly PMS/sodium? not sure lol

    pre-nyc --> 168
    highest WI in nyc --> 171.5
    post-nyc --> 170 (wed morning)

    It feels good to be on plan again for the past 2 days
    ~1200 calories and 80 min in the gym both days
    I chugged water and hot green tea both days too hoping to lose some water weight
