B: Smoothie with greek yogurt, frozen berries, whey protein, SF davinci syrup, sugar free latte
L: Sarah's ricotta and mint frittata, tossed salad with raspberry vinagrette
D: tandoori chicken, millet and quinoa with sunflower seeds, roasted apple with yogurt, dried cherries and walnuts.
Went ATV riding with my ex-boyfriend and his 14 yo son. Had a good time.
