  • I'm a little late catching on to this one, but I'm in.

    Food - Follow Lean Cuisine plan that I have been on...no deviations. (cut back on the peanuts)
    Water - 1 gallon
    Exercise - 30 minutes per day

    I'm in

    Food: 1200-1600 a day
    Water: 64 oz (I really suck at this part)
    Exercise: step 20 min. Monday, Wed, Fri & walk 2 miles Tues and Thursday

    Food: WW points in the 26-31 range
    Water: 100 oz
    Exercise: swim, walk, or exercise for 20 min a day.
  • My tallies for the first 3 days are 3 points over the 3 days, actually I had in my head it started on the 1st day of july being a month long challenge ...silly me so I didnt really try , oh well of to a slow start but still plenty of time to make up for it

  • Yeah I got my days confused as well, Im so dizzy since I had my baby was only on day two as well. We are a day ahead in Australia but not that far ahead
