Thanks y'all. I'm just excited today. Lets see...I *think* when I came back from CA at the end of May this year, I was 262. I got down to 242 by the time I did my half marathon on Sept 5th (one of the best days of my life, even if I hurt so bad after!
). I was stuck there at 242 for a few weeks and it's finally started up again.
Eating better. Now just have to work on moving more. At this rate, it's possible I really could be to onederland by Dec 31st.
