I just started 30DS. Today was day 3 on level one and my thighs and upper arms are so sore I can barely move...lol I really thought I was in good shape...I've lost 185 pounds so far, walk miles a week, do lots of lifting and other physical activity, but after the first 10 minutes I thought I was going to die.
I started the shred because it's been so rainy and gloomy outside I couldn't get out and do my daily work, so I thought I should compensate somehow. I'm only looking to lose a few more pounds, and maintain. Over the winter it would be nice to do the shred maybe a couple times a day as my primary workout...like level one before breakfast and level 3, (if I can make it without dying) in mid-afternoon before kids come home from school.
