There are many reasons to stay on plan today... But, this post is about the ONE reason you will stay with it today.

I will stay on plan today because my weight loss seems to be moving again and I want to keep it going!

i will stay on plan today because its 11 more mondays until christmas and i want to be down a dress size for the festivities!

I plan to stay on track today because I love the way I am feeling and want to continue to feel better!

Because *I* deserve it!!

Because I am on the journey to find the real me, and I am finding her one bit at a time.

because it's easier to stay on today than on the weekend

So that I can go to Israel with my department this summer and keep up with the walking.

Because as of this morning's weigh-in I have officially lost 90 pounds, and I got to change my avatar for the first time in what feels like forever. (These chicks are very motivational!)

Ten more pounds and I'm 100 pounds down. That's CRAZY, considering how long it's taken me to get this far. I can't wait.

Thistoo, 90 pounds down! That is wonderful and I look forward to your 100 pounds down posting!

I just posted in anther thread that life is good and even more so because I can physically do so much more than I could before. I will stay on plan today because of that. I can do so much more but there are things that my fat still keeps me from doing. I want to get rid of the fat so that I can be free to do all the things that I want to do!

Because I feel better than I have in years and I want to keep it that way.
