    I've been weight training for about a month, i never really realized I had muscles at all. I can't wait to see them in about 6 months or so!

  • I'm not really following a program, i'm just doing my own thing i guess lol

    Every other day I use 20lbs weights and do 10 reps x 3 exercises
    and 10lbs dumbbell for working my deltoids
    i do this before and after i do my cardio, which is 3x a day
  • I'm gonna assume you meant 3x a WEEK on the cardio.

    10 lbs for delts is freaking heavy...you're gonna be a beast! (and I mean that in a good way) Can't wait to see the update pics in a few months. You should come join us on the monthly chat!
