    Still here kiddo. Day Four has been a good day to me. Here are my results:

    God First
    72oz water
    15 min of exercise
    All required veggies
    All required fruits
    Stayed posititve
    Was kind

    And now I RELEASED 2.6POUNDS THIS WEEK!!!!! Your CHALLENGES are helping me the important stuff. Thanks

    Oh and my new bathing suit arrived today, it is pretty. Now just get the nerve to put it on all head for the pool. Attempting that this weekend/

    on losing!I am so happy these challenges help you! I on the other hand gained 3 lbs,after going out to eat yesterday!I should not have gotten weighed today.Because now I feel like doing nothing.Have a great day!

    Well day five is over and I did pretty good

    was kind to others

    Not to worry Trace, will be do better next one. We will hold each other up and do this thing together

    By the way, I got my new bathing suit and it is very pretty.Now just gotta put it on!!!
